For Patients

At MyCliniResearch, we believe that patients are partners in discovery. Whether you’re curious about clinical trials or considering participation, this section is here to guide you every step of the way.

What Are Clinical Trials?

Clinical trials are research studies that explore new ways to prevent, detect, or treat health conditions. They help determine whether new treatments are safe and effective. Every approved medication or therapy you’ve ever used began with volunteers like you.

We specialize in trials related to sleep medicine but will have other research trials available right here at our clinic in Calgary.

Your Safety & Rights

Your safety is our top priority. All studies at MyCliniResearch follow strict ethical and regulatory standards, including:

  • Informed Consent: You’ll receive clear information about the study before deciding to participate.
  • Privacy Protection: Your personal data is kept confidential and secure.
  • Voluntary Participation: You can withdraw from a study at any time—no questions asked.

We follow guidelines set by Health Canada, the Tri-Council Policy Statement (TCPS 2), and international Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
